Blue iceberg is something of a tautology, really. But some are definately bluer than others. The older the ice, and therefore the more compressed, the
fewer or smaller the air bubbles and the purer the colour. This one caught my eye right from the moment we landed, at least a good 500m away.
Shot on Fuji Velvia ISO 50 using a Nikon F5 and an AF 80-200mm f2.8 lens at 200mm. |
