		We'd been up quite late the night before, so I surprised myself at being able to drag myself out of a warm sleeping bag for sunrise. I have to say, that a quick swim was a perfect way to start the day and to banish any after-effects from lack of sleep. Shot on Fuji Velvia ISO 50 using a Nikon F801 and an AF 60mm f2.8 lens.
